February's Mystery Masterpiece

Hint:    In 1841 this artist was born in France. This artist worked in a porcelain factory when he was a boy painting designs on china. This artist was a leading painter in the development of Impressionist style painting. Later in life this artist developed arthritis and strapped a paint brush to his hand so he could still paint.
